I've got a scanned image of the Cemetery Map. I think we ought to use it instead of the satellite image; however, the numbers are so small on the Cemetery Map, we may need to create a virtual one, which ideally could be linked to the person in the database. This might be a phase 3 project, as most internments are listed just as Section XX, which is pretty wide. Nonetheless, it would be nice to refer the person to the exact Section on the virtual map. What do you think? Is this hard? Once we program some photographs of people in the database, I would like to install a frame on the home page in the center, which would grab whichever photographs we have and cycle them every two seconds. Ideally, there would be a corresponding frame underneath that would indicate the person's name who is being shown--again pulling from the database. What do you think of this? I really want this website database driven so that every member gets equal promotion. Tomorrow David is going to email you the Cemetery Map, a new B&W image and the color images converting to B&W for the About section.
